Just like the rest of the government statistics these do not report what is not wanted to be reported. If pushed out of the system or classified in a certain way the dead infants are not part of the statistics.
You believe the government when they say the recession is over or that there is no inflation or that socialized health care will pay for itself!
Reject this propaganda and these falsified statistics!
